Isolation technology mainly includes:

1. Isolation and functional flow of building layout. In terms of building zoning, it should be divided into clean areas, semi-polluted areas, polluted areas and key protected areas; Isolation wards should be divided into "three zones", "two channels" and "two buffer zones", with actual barriers and isolation signs; Ward isolation is used for protective isolation and non-proliferation isolation of infection, and should be located at the end of general wards.

2. Protective isolation: correctly master and use protective equipment. Such as masks, goggles, gloves, isolation gown, etc.

3. Isolation technology: (1) standard protection: a kind of prevention for all patients in the hospital. No matter whether the patient is diagnosed or suspected of infectious diseases, standard prevention should be taken. This is the basic isolation measure to control hospital infection. (2) Transmission mode isolation: On the basis of standard prevention, additional isolation prevention based on transmission mode is adopted. According to the different transmission routes of pathogens, corresponding isolation measures should be taken.
