In the process of getting rid of poverty, Dasendian Village has built eight residential buildings and two apartments for the elderly through ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation projects, so there are relatively many idle houses after replacement.

There are mountains and waters, fruit trees can be picked, hotel accommodation is complete, and there are many repeat customers. " Bao Chengan said and pushed open the gate. At present, Dasendian Village collectively collects and stores 80 idle homesteads and houses vacated by farmers, totaling more than 8,000 square meters.

According to the model of "enterprise+collective economy+farmers" proposed by the County Deep Reform Office, Dasendian Village relies on agricultural tourism industries such as Huangguan pear, cashmere goat and chestnut, as well as tourism resources such as Tuyuan Love Bookstore and popular science base, and closely combines the construction of beautiful countryside, transforming the old house into six homestays.

"It is not difficult to transform an idle farm house. The difficult thing is to make the transformed rural houses play a long-term role. " Bao Cheng 'an introduced that in order to continuously promote rural revitalization and increase vitality, the village jointly invested nearly 4 million yuan through collective and villagers' voluntary ways to establish Dasendian Village Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. to jointly build the project of "Yang Kang Town with Characteristics of Jiabao's Hometown".

At present, a tourist station 1 seat, 2 public toilets, 2 parking lots and 5 bridges have been built around the B&B tourism and beautiful countryside construction projects, initially forming a "Jiabao hometown" residential group. In 2020, under the influence of the epidemic, the income of the whole village will exceed 200,000 yuan.

Dasendian Village is just a microcosm of Qinglong deepening the reform of rural homestead and revitalizing land resources. At present, there are 3,489 idle homesteads in the county, with an area of 1.700 mu, and 6,300 cases have been uninhabited for a long time.

By strengthening the top-level design, standardizing the examination and approval management, and expanding the new rural collective economy, Qinglong has explored four ways to transform old houses: beautiful countryside-type, rural tourism-type, environmental improvement-type and increase-decrease-linked-type. The radiation from four pilot villages drives the county to form five major areas. That is, the "Red+Landscape+Training Experience" area in the east of the county, the leisure and sightseeing area in the south, the Lv Wen Yang Kang area in the west, the natural scenery area in the north and the picking experience area in the middle, vigorously develop rural tourism homestays, farmhouses, agricultural picking, small and micro enterprises for deep processing of agricultural products, cottage industries and other projects, improve public facilities such as small markets and agricultural products display and sales centers, and comprehensively improve the effect of homestead reform.
