Ingredients: Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, South Tofu, Ginger and Onion.
Seasoning: salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, sesame oil, broth and pepper.
Practice: 1. Slaughter loach, wash it, steam it in a cage for about 3 minutes, and take it out for later use.
2. Put a proper amount of broth into the casserole, add tofu, loach, ginger slices and onion segments, season and cook on low heat, and finally pour a little sesame oil.
Note: lactone tofu can't be used to make tofu, because the calcium content is extremely low. Be sure to use north tofu or south tofu.
