Porridge made of minced meat, carrots and vegetables
Raw materials: carrot (20-50g), green vegetables (2-3, 25-50g), pork (10-20g), rice, sesame oil and linseed oil (3-5g).
Exercise:
1, take a small amount of carrots and vegetable leaves, wash them and chop them for later use;
2. Chop pork, or buy minced meat in the shape of dumpling stuffing directly.
3. Wash a proper amount of rice (25-50g, adjusted according to the actual situation), put it in a small rice cooker or pot, add a proper amount of water, and then start cooking.
4. After the water boils, add carrots and minced meat, and continue heating for 10~ 15 minutes.
5. When the pot is almost cooked, add green leaves and heat for 1~2 minutes.
6. Drop a few drops of sesame oil+linseed oil before cooking.

Carrot yam porridge
Ingredients: 30g yam, 30g carrot, 30g porridge, salt, wine, ginger and vinegar.
Exercise:
1, carrot and yam cut into pieces. Cook the ribs, remove the fishy smell and blood.
2. Burn the hot water into Jiang Mo for later use. Add the washed ribs, salt, wine and vinegar.
3. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. When the gas disappears, open the lid.
4. Add yam and carrot and stew 15 minutes.
5. Take yam and carrot, mash a small bowl of white rice porridge, add it to the porridge, add some sparerib soup as appropriate, boil and stir well.

Pumpkin gouqi porridge
Ingredients: rice, pumpkin.
Exercise:
1, diced rice and pumpkin, covered with plastic wrap and steamed in the microwave oven over high heat.
2. Crush the pumpkin as much as possible with a spoon. 4. Wash the rice, put it in the pot and add water to boil.
3. Turn down the heat and continue to cook until the rice blooms. Add pumpkin puree and stir well.
4. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes, then simmer for a while before serving.
