The former site of Jianguo College of Luda University is located at No.82, Wu Si Road, Xigang District, Dalian, Liaoning Province. 1946 On September 5th, in order to solve the problem of shortage of cadres, the CPC Lvda prefectural committee established the first cadre training school-Lvda Jianguo College, with Han Guang, secretary of the prefectural committee, as the principal and Du Ping, organization minister of the prefectural committee, as the vice-principal.

The second phase is Yuan, the propaganda minister and vice president of prefectural party committee. With the aim of "building a peaceful, democratic and prosperous brigade and cultivating all kinds of construction talents to serve the people", the college puts changing students' political stance and establishing the outlook on life of serving the people wholeheartedly in the first place. A total of 1600 young intellectuals and government officials with certain revolutionary consciousness have been trained, of which more than 200 have joined the Northeast Democratic Coalition, and the rest have been assigned to work in municipal party and mass organizations. College has become the cradle of revolution and building cadres.

The building was built in 1926 and completed in 1929. Japan's unification period was "early seedling higher ordinary primary school"; Later, it was "Kanto High School"; 1936 changed to Dalian Higher Business School; 1946, changed to Jianguo College of Lvda;

Due to rational utilization and timely maintenance, the former site of Jianguo College of Lvda University is now Dalian Education College. In June 2002, it was designated as the first batch of key protected buildings by Dalian municipal government.
