Steps of stewing old duck soup
1.? Wash the duck and cut it into pieces. Mash ginger slices and shallots for later use.
2.? Boil hot water in the pot, add some ginger and duck pieces to drain the blood, take out, wash and drain. Don't put all the ginger in, you need it.
3.? Heat hot oil in another pot, stir-fry ginger, onion and duck slices. When the duck pieces turn golden, pour in cooking wine and stir-fry for a few minutes.
