Early detection of gastric cancer is difficult, which leads to high mortality. The 5-year survival rate is only about 20%. Therefore, early examination and early treatment are the most critical means to reduce the mortality rate of gastric cancer. When the following symptoms appear, you should be highly alert to gastric cancer.

(1) Abdominal fullness discomfort: This is an indefinable and vague feeling of abdominal distension, which often appears after eating or drinking, or has no obvious inducement. Sometimes it appears when it is quiet, disappears when it is distracted, and the diet regulation effect is not good. More than 70% patients with early gastric cancer have this symptom.

(2) Upper abdominal pain: mostly intermittent dull pain, then gradually aggravated and continued. The pain is tolerable. But it is not easy to relieve or reappears after short-term relief. More than 80% patients will have epigastric pain.

(3) Loss of appetite, acid regurgitation, belching and indigestion: there is no obvious inducement at ordinary times, and diet is not considered. I have lost interest in the diet I used to like. Owen hates meat or greasy food, but after changing the menu, the effect is still poor, or even if it improves, it still appears repeatedly. Symptoms such as bloating, abdominal discomfort, loss of appetite, dyspepsia, acid reflux, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, belching or black stool often occur.

(4) Positive stool occult blood or black stool: bleeding is one of the common symptoms of gastric cancer, accounting for 50% ~ 65% in early gastric cancer. It is characterized by dark or black stool, and occult blood in stool is positive after laboratory examination. Don't take hemostatic drugs by yourself at this time, and don't ignore them. Be sure to go to the hospital to find out the cause of bleeding.

(5) Unexplained fatigue, emaciation or progressive anemia: Patients often feel general weakness and gradually lose weight. It can drop by 3 ~ 5 kg in 2 ~ 3 months. About13 patients have no obvious symptoms of digestive system, but they may have unexplained weight loss, emaciation and fatigue.

(6) The original regularity of stomachache has changed: for example, the regularity of empty abdominal pain or postprandial pain is obvious, and the regularity has disappeared recently, or the drugs that were originally effective in treatment are now ineffective.
