2. Practice steps:
Ingredients: kelp 100g, sesame oil, vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, sugar and a little chopped green onion; Three coriander, three garlic cloves and a dried pepper.
Exercise:
Cut coriander into sections, mince ginger and garlic, and mince dried pepper for later use.
Boil water in a pot, add ginger slices and 5ml yellow wine.
Change sea lead into strips.
After the water in the pot is boiled, take the lead in the sea for two minutes.
Take it out, boil it and drain it.
Heat oil in a pot and pour it on ginger, garlic and pepper twice.
While the oil is hot, add a little salt, a spoonful of sugar, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, a spoonful of vinegar, a little sesame oil and monosodium glutamate and mix well.
Pour the juice on the kelp, add the coriander and mix well. Serve.
