Ingredients: 500g ribs (pork belly).
Material: steamed meat powder 40g.
Seasoning: ginger 5g onion 10g pepper powder 5g pepper 3g white sugar 3g douban 15g cooking wine 10g salad oil 10g fermented bean curd (white) 5g rice wine 10g each.

1. Pork belly peeled and sliced;
2. Cut the ginger into powder and cut the onion into sections;
3. Chop watercress into granules for later use;
4. Add ginger, chopped green onion, pepper powder, pepper, sugar, watercress, cooking wine, salad oil, tofu and rice wine to the pork belly for curing;
5. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thick slices or small pieces, and sprinkle some salt on the bottom of the plate;
