Wash the rice, drain the water and marinate it with a little salt for 30 minutes.
Add ginger slices, onion slices and aniseed to the shredded pork, marinate in soy sauce for 3 minutes, boil in cold water and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir the salted rice in the pot to prevent it from touching the bottom of the pot. Cook for 20 minutes.
