1. In order to prevent the water supply system from clogging and producing too much scale, it is required to add water to the steamer with good water quality, and ordinary pure water will do. The amount of water depends on the service time of the steamer. The total capacity of the water tank is 1.8L, which can be used continuously for 1.5 hours, and 500mL of water is needed for steaming for 30 minutes.
2. When the steamer is working, you need to reset the cooking temperature and time, and then press the stop button to adjust.
3. When working in the steamer, open the door, preferably with your back to the station, so as not to burn your face with steam.
4. After the steamer is finished, press the power to turn it off. If there is no operation within 30 minutes, the steamer will automatically shut down. Press the power button again to start the machine.
5. When the steamer is working, open the steamer door, and the steamer will automatically stop working and give a sound prompt. After closing the door, press the start button and the steamer starts working again. When you open the door, the steam will disperse. Be careful not to touch the steam and around the steamer to prevent burns.
6. When the water tank is short of water, the icon of adding water flashes on the display screen, giving a sound prompt, and the cooker automatically stops heating. After adding water, press the start button to heat, and the icon of adding water on the display screen stops flashing.
7. When the water is full, the water full icon on the display screen will flash and give an audible prompt. At this time, the water supply should be stopped.
8. After the heating plate is used for a period of time, scale accumulates. Add 5% citric acid scale remover with boiling water, and stick the scale remover with a rag to clean the scale on the surface of the heating plate.
9. After the steamer is used, it should be cleaned as a whole after the steamer is cooled and thoroughly dried. Close the box door and check whether the box is completely dry.
Matters needing attention in the use of steamer
1. Please lay the machine flat before using the steamer. Rice tray, steamed bread tray, etc. Put it in a box and fill it with clear water. It will have a good disinfection effect in about half an hour, and then add rice, steamed bread, vegetables and other foods.
2. Leakage protection switch must be installed. Before using the steamer, check the electrical wiring, the shell should be effectively grounded and the wiring should be firm. No leakage protection switch and effective grounding are allowed.
3. When using electric heating, it is required to fill the water tank with water, and do not send electricity without water to prevent the electric heating tube from burning out.
Although the whole steamer is stainless steel, it is not completely rustless. It is best not to get close to corrosive substances such as salt, acid and alkali to prevent corrosion and oxidation and ensure the normal service life of the steamer.
5. Scrub the surface of the electric heating element regularly, usually twice a week, but you can't scrape the surface with an excellent metal shovel. Change the water in the water tank regularly.
