Cooking steps:
1. Clean the fresh prawns, and remove the whiskers and stripes. This process is time-consuming, and picking with toothpicks is more labor-saving.
2. Slice the ginger, cut the onion into small pieces, cut the garlic into small pieces for later use, cut the dried pepper into small pieces for later use, wash and cut the celery into small pieces for later use, and peel and cut the sweet potato into strips for later use.
