Hainan Island is a gourmet paradise. Fruits and vegetables are preserved all year round. Coconut areca, banana pineapple, mango papaya, fresh and cheap. Due to the high water temperature and good water quality, there are a large number of coral reefs on the seabed, which has become a paradise for marine life. Hainan's seafood is good, but if you want to really eat well, you have to go to the right place. If you eat seafood in a hotel, there are a lot of cultured seafood and almost no wild seafood. If you eat seafood at a roadside stall, the stall owner will overcharge you and kill you. Sanya locals eat seafood and go to "Anyou". There is a Tiandu Town between Sanya and Yalong Bay, and there is an Anyou Road in Tiandu Town, just opposite Hongshawan. From Tiandu to Yalong Bay, there is a fork in the road on the right, which is more than 20 kilometers away from the urban area. In fact, the first time I went to Hainan Island, I went to Anyou to visit the Navy 4802 factory. It was my first time to taste "coconut green", and the sweet and refreshing juice and white and smooth coconut meat left an unforgettable impression on me. Later, every time I went to Hainan, I would buy coconut green, but I could never find the feeling of that first time. More than 20 years have passed, and today's Anyou has changed greatly. There are many seafood restaurants around the factory. There is a "Yuelai Restaurant" in front of the 4802 factory and a "Changlong Restaurant" across the road, both of which are very good places. Anyou not only has a wide variety of seafood, many of which I have never seen before, but more importantly, most of them are not farmed, but wild in the sea. The fish are: dragon fan (giant grouper), Napoleon wrasse, Tsing Yi, Oriental Star Spot, Rat Spot, Sesame Spot, Tiger Spot, Rock Fish, Pomfret, Red Carp, Shark, etc. Shrimp includes: lobster, crayfish, prawn, white shrimp, anglerfish, etc. Crabs include: flower crab, cream crab, blue-and-white crab and stone crab; Snails include: rabbit snail, mango snail, drumstick snail, flower snail, horned snail, red-billed snail, snail, sea white snail, young snail, spider snail, horseshoe snail, melon snail, three-bay snail, blood snail and so on; Others include clams, scallops, abalone, oysters, sea urchins, sand worms and elephant clams. I am an old seafood eater. I remember the years when I was sent to Hong Kong. I really didn't eat less. I didn't know the power of seafood until I ate a lot of subcutaneous lipomas. Snails are mostly boiled, steamed or fried with shells in other places, but it is best to fry snail meat directly in Anyou. The other is steamed wild abalone, which has never been so tender. "Shunfeng" in Beijing and "Tian Tian Fishing Port" in Shanghai are not as economical as here, so eating seafood safely has become a great pleasure for us.
