Cultivation method of Pleurotus ostreatus: cultivation technology of Pleurotus ostreatus
1, medium formula

Pleurotus ostreatus can be cultivated with cottonseed hull, corncob, bagasse, rice straw or wheat straw, especially rice straw and wheat straw.

(1) 92% cottonseed hull.

(2) 82% of rice straw or wheat straw (cut into 5-10 cm) and 82% of wheat bran or rice bran 10%.

(3) 82% of corncob or bagasse, 7% of wheat bran and 3% of corn flour.

Adding gypsum powder 1%, calcium superphosphate 1%, lime powder 5% (mixed with water), salt 1%, carbendazim 0.2%, water content 65%, and pH value 7.5-8 to the above three formulas.

2. Batch fermentation

Firstly, carbendazim was dissolved in a small amount of water in advance 1 day (wet) and mixed with auxiliary materials, then fully and evenly mixed with main materials, and then mixed with lime water to make the water content reach 65%. After mixing the materials, build a pile for fermentation. When the pile center temperature reaches above 65℃, the pile shall be turned over 1-2 days. When the core temperature reaches above 65℃ again, turn over the pile for the second time 1 day, and then turn over the pile for 2 days for cooling and sowing.

3. Cultivation methods

(1) bag planting. Select polyethylene pipe bag with length and width of 40cm× 22cm. Before bagging, put a wooden stick or bamboo pole with a length of 45cm and a diameter of 3-4cm into the bag, fix the bag mouth with a wooden stick at one end with a rubber band, and put the material into the bag from the other end so that the wooden stick stands in the center of the material. The material should be compacted until it is 7-8cm away from the mouth of the bag. Pull out the wooden stick, then fill the hole with strains, sprinkle a layer of strains on the surface of the material and put on the mouth of the bag. The other end was treated in the same way, and the strain was H-shaped in the bag.

(2) Seedbed planting. The laying thickness is 10- 15cm, two layers of materials are laid by layer sowing method, two layers of strains are sown, and auricularia auricula is covered with a film after sowing. Because the straw of rice and wheat is loose, the material should be compacted. After mulching with plastic film, a layer of 2 cm thick soil can be covered on the film, which is beneficial to the growth of mycelium.

4, hair bacteria management

After bagging, bagging, and inoculation, move the bacteria bag into a sterilized, dry, well-ventilated and dark room, and pile up 2-3 layers of bacteria according to the shape of a well. The temperature of the mushroom house is controlled at about 30℃ and ventilated 2-3 times a day. After 2 days, the mycelium will settle and grow into the material. Because the inoculation amount is 20%, the bag can be full in 9- 1 1 day (1000 kg raw material can introduce 5 strains). After sowing in bed for 3 days, fan the film slightly in the morning and evening, and after 7 days, expose the film and ventilate for 30 minutes every morning and evening, so that the mycelium can be full of beds in about 15 days.

5. Mushroom management

When the bag is full of hyphae, it is necessary to take off the bag and build a wall to grow mushrooms in time. The method is as follows: firstly, lay a soil ridge with the width equal to the length of the bacteria tube and the height of 10 cm on the ground of the mushroom house, lay a layer of bacteria tube on the soil ridge at an interval of 2 cm and fill it with soil, then fill a layer of soil with a thickness of 3-4 cm on the bacteria tube, and correspondingly lay 5-6 layers, fill the top of the bacteria wall with 5 cm, and smooth (used) both sides with paste. After that, spray water on the mushroom wall twice a day to keep the soil moist. After 3 days, a large number of mushroom buds will emerge from the soil, and after 3 days, mushrooms can be sold. After the above management, a total of 3-4 tidal mushrooms can be harvested. When the mycelium in the bed is full, red spots appear locally on the surface of the material. Spray 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution 1 time, and film forming to strengthen ventilation. When young russula are all over the bed and the mushroom cover is as large as 1 yuan, intermittent mining is carried out, and large mushrooms are picked and small mushrooms are left, with the mushroom distance of about 10 cm. Spraying 0.2% urea solution 1 time on the second day after intermittent harvesting to maintain high humidity in the bed is beneficial to the growth and development of fruiting bodies.

Step 6 harvest

Young Pleurotus ostreatus has the best flavor. When harvesting, young mushrooms should be picked, and when the mushroom body changes from red to light red, it should be harvested and sold in time. You'd better choose both. If the mushroom turns white, it loses its commercial value. After the first fruiting tide, it is necessary to remove the dead mushrooms and mushroom feet on the feed surface, cover the film and stop water for 3-5 days, and the second fruiting tide can be produced in 7- 10 days.
