Soak raw peanuts in clean water for 3 hours. Peel.
Pour 550ml of water into the pressure cooker, add peeled peanuts, boil and cook for 45 minutes until the peanuts are soft and rotten.
Peel and wash taro, steam in a steamer for 40 minutes, and take out. Cut into small pieces.
