How to make white radish and pork buns

Cut the pork into cubes and marinate with soy sauce for a while. (I didn’t take pictures of the dough making process)

Grate the white radish into shreds and add a spoonful of salt to pickle the water.

Squeeze dry and chop into pieces.

Chop onion and ginger and set aside.

Put the white radish, meat filling, chopped green onion and ginger into a clean basin, add cooking oil, very fresh soy sauce, and salt and chicken essence to make the filling.

Knead the fermented dough into long strips and cut into pieces.

Roll the cut dough into cakes.

Put in appropriate amount of bun filling.

Wrap into buns.

The wrapped buns undergo secondary fermentation and then steamed in a pot for 15 minutes.
