Exercise:
1. Cut chicken feet and clean them. Boil onion, ginger, pepper and cooking wine in cold water again, and then clean the oil.
2. Cook for 2 minutes, remove low heat 10 minute, prepare ice water, and soak chicken feet for 20 minutes.
3. Garlic powder, sesame seeds, Chili noodles, pour hot oil, three tablespoons of soy sauce, four tablespoons of vinegar, four tablespoons of sugar, half a spoonful of oil consumption and one spoonful of salt.
4. Pour in lemon, coriander and millet, mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
