First cut the chicken into pieces and cook it until it is bloody.
Second, put the oil in the pot, heat it slightly, add the sugar to melt, add the chicken and stir fry, and add the ginger slices.
Third, when frying in water, the cooking wine is choked by the pot (I like to put more cooking wine and fry for a while)
Fourth, when the cooking wine is dry, pour in soy sauce (I usually pour 2 tablespoons like this), dry peppers, stir fry slightly, add potatoes, stir fry for a minute or two, then add onions, stir fry for a while, add water or beer, whichever is submerged. Bring the fire to a boil, turn it down, and cook for a while before putting the green pepper. Cook the potatoes until they are cooked, and add salt.
Fourth, you can eat from the pot. But it's not finished yet. When the chicken and potato pieces are finished, add water to a clean pot and cook the noodles. When the noodles are cooked, take them out and mix them with the rest of the juice. They are delicious.
The above practice is that the chicken is not old and easy to cook.
So frying potatoes and onions for a while will be better.
If the chicken is old and difficult to cook, you can add more water. Cook the chicken first, then add potatoes and onions to cook. Other steps remain the same.
As for when to put ginger or something, I don't think it's necessary to be so particular about when to put it in family cooking.
I personally prefer noodles to chicken.
Two or three people do saute spicy chicken, and nothing else. After eating chicken, potatoes and noodles, you are full.
All of the above are my personal practices. I declare that I am not a cook. I just want to share delicious food with you, so the steps and so on are not perfect. I hope you can understand.
