Simple menu
For breakfast, I usually have (scrambled eggs) and a glass of milk.

For lunch, I will prepare a cup of noodles for myself (because noodles are easy to cook. )

I always eat vegetables and some chicken soup for dinner.

Sometimes when I am hungry at night, I will eat an apple.

I think a healthy diet is very important, because we can fight diseases better. This will (definitely) make us look younger. Besides, a better diet can also make us happier.

I don't know what the composition of senior one is like. I simply wrote, if it is too complicated, remove the words in brackets.
