Spicy Doufu?
1. First, prepare all the materials.
2. Wash the tofu and cut it into small cubes.
3. Pour proper amount of peanut oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add the pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Then add chopped green onion and garlic and stir fry.
5. Add Pixian bean paste, stir-fry the sauce until fragrant, then add Chili noodles and stir-fry until uniform.
6. Then pour a proper amount of water into the pot, add a little soy sauce and a proper amount of salt, and boil over high fire.
7. After boiling, put in the tofu block and gently flatten the tofu with a shovel.
8. Cover the pot and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
