After grandpa's death, every family will learn to pickle sauerkraut and make a sauerkraut pot, but the taste in memory can no longer be found. Sauerkraut hot pot:
Preparation: Old charcoal chafing dish, charcoal, northeast sauerkraut, laver, prawn, pork belly (cooked), beef (cooked), mutton (cooked), fried meatballs, and cooked meat soup.
Wash sauerkraut and cut it into thin slices, then cut it into filaments for later use.
