First, steam the bass.

2. Soak glutinous rice in advance 1 hour, add appropriate amount of Jiang Mo and salt to the meat stuffing, then add starch, pepper and cooking wine, and stir in the same direction.

3. Make the prepared meat stuffing into meatballs, and then roll them in glutinous rice, so that the surface of the meatballs is stained with glutinous rice.

4. Next, you can boil the water in the pot, put the prepared meatballs into a steamer, cover them and steam for 25 minutes. After steaming, you can eat it.
