In fact, there are many auspicious dishes in Chinese New Year. Steamed bass, for example, has fish every year. First, steam the bass.
1. Prepare ingredients and materials: perch, ginger, onion, garlic, steamed fish and soy sauce, red pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil and salt.
2. Clean the perch first, then coat the surface with proper amount of salt and cooking wine for curing, and then put the ginger slices on the surface of the perch.
3. Boil the water in the pot, then steam the perch on the fire for about 8 minutes, add a little cooking oil and pepper, and heat until it smokes slightly.
4. After the bass is steamed, drain the water inside, then pour the steamed fish with soy sauce, sprinkle with shallots and red pepper rings, and finally heat the pepper oil and pour it on the fish surface.
Second, the pearl ball
1. Prepare the ingredients and materials first, including raw materials: minced meat, glutinous rice, cut Jiang Mo, starch, Lycium barbarum, appropriate amount of pepper and salt.
2. Soak glutinous rice in advance 1 hour, add appropriate amount of Jiang Mo and salt to the meat stuffing, then add starch, pepper and cooking wine, and stir in the same direction.
3. Make the prepared meat stuffing into meatballs, and then roll them in glutinous rice, so that the surface of the meatballs is stained with glutinous rice.
4. Next, you can boil the water in the pot, put the prepared meatballs into a steamer, cover them and steam for 25 minutes. After steaming, you can eat it.
