1. Smooth egg Beef tenderloin
Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin (200g), shiitake mushrooms (four), coriander (two stalks), ginger (half piece), egg white (two), water (appropriate amount), starch (appropriate amount), cooking wine (one tablespoon) salt (two teaspoons), pepper (one and a half teaspoons), sesame oil (one teaspoon), cooking oil (one tablespoon)
1. First Soak the mushrooms in hot water until soft, mince the coriander, grate the ginger slices and divide into two portions. Prepare the egg white and mix slightly.
2. Chop the beef tenderloin into small pieces, add the marinade ingredients and mix well. Add a portion of ginger paste and marinate for about 10 minutes. Chop the soaked mushrooms into pieces and set aside half.
3. Boil a pot of water, add beef and mushrooms, and add about a tablespoon of cooking wine. Bring to a boil over high heat and turn off the heat as soon as the water boils.
4. Use a strainer to remove the beef, rinse with cold water and drain.
5. Heat the pot, add oil, pour in the beef and stir-fry for a while. When the beef changes color, add salt and pepper. 2. Black pepper beef tenderloin
Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin (300g) onion (1/2), green and red pepper (1), Cooking wine (1 tsp), starch (1 tsp), water (appropriate amount), black pepper (1 tsp), light soy sauce (2 tsp), dark soy sauce (1 tsp), sugar (1 tsp) , oyster sauce (1 tablespoon), peanut oil (appropriate amount), salt (appropriate amount)
1. Cut the beef tenderloin into strips, add appropriate amount of salt, stir evenly, then add cooking wine, starch and water.
2. Stir evenly until all the water is absorbed, then add peanut oil and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Cut onions and green and red peppers into shreds.
4. Pour black pepper powder, crushed black pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce into a seasoning bowl, stir evenly to make black pepper juice and set aside.

3. Teriyaki beef tenderloin
Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin (300g), onion (half), asparagus (two pieces), mushroom ( two), teriyaki sauce (appropriate amount), olive oil (appropriate amount), black pepper (appropriate amount), butter (appropriate amount), salt (appropriate amount)
1. Cut the beef tenderloin into fillet shapes.
2. Sprinkle appropriate amount of black pepper, salt and teriyaki sauce on the beef tenderloin and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Cut asparagus into sections, shred onions, and slice mushrooms.
4. Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, and when the pan is hot, add onion shreds.
5. Add beef tenderloin.
6. Fry the beef tenderloin and stir-fry, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
