Ingredients: beef, mung bean sprouts, coriander, oil fume, bean paste, dried pepper, garlic, fragrant leaves, star anise and ginger.
1. Wash the ingredients, slice beef, slice dried pepper, slice ginger, mash garlic and slice coriander for later use.
2. Put oil in the pot, add appropriate amount of bean paste, heat and stir-fry red oil.
3. Pour in beef and stir fry, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry, add dried Chili, garlic, ginger, star anise and fragrant leaves and stir fry.
4. Add appropriate amount of boiling water and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, and pick and wash the bean sprouts when cooking beef.
5. Pour in bean sprouts, add some salt to taste and cook until the bean sprouts are cooked.
6. After turning off the fire, add appropriate amount of coriander and mix well.
