How to make liver puree

A piece of pork liver

Cooking steps

Step 1/8

Soak the pork liver in water when you buy it, and soak it for a while. Soak in bubbles for four to five hours, remembering to change the water frequently. I usually soak it in the morning after I buy it, and then do it in the evening.

Step 2/8

Cut the pork liver in half, piece by piece, don’t cut it in half, in short, the cross section must be large!

Step 3/8

The cross-section of the hair should be larger because we need to use a spoon to scrape the pig liver paste in this step, and a spoon is easier to use than a knife. Scrape slowly, don't use great force, just sing a song and scrape slowly and happily.

Step 4/8

Although it is pitiful to scrape it off bit by bit, fortunately, a small snack is enough for the baby, which is enough for two meals.

Step 5/8

The first time I added pork liver or numbness, I felt like I was handicapped. . . . You can take a strainer and pass it through again

Step 6/8

What a delicate pork liver paste

Step 7/8

Just put it in a steamer and steam it for 15-20 minutes

The last step

As soft as steamed eggs

Tips

Liver, red meat, and egg yolks are good iron supplements, but the liver is a detoxification organ, so it’s not advisable to eat too much. Just eat it once a week is enough. This is enough for me to make twice. I make it once and then eat it, and freeze the rest for a week to eat later. When steaming, you can steam the remaining pork liver together, and then the family can fry it and eat it. The pork liver tasted fishy to me, but the first time I made pork liver puree, I steamed it without adding anything. My baby didn't mind it and ate it without leaving any bite. Later, I really disliked it, so one time I added lemon slices when soaking the pork liver, and another time there were no lemon slices, so I simply put a shredded green onion when steaming, and the effect was pretty good.
