The most authentic method of steaming glutinous rice is as follows:

Tools/Materials: glutinous rice, onion, ginger, garlic, cooking oil, pork belly stuffing, diced mushrooms, diced jambalaya, oyster sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt and thirteen spices.

1. Soak glutinous rice for 6-8 hours in advance, and then drain it for later use.

2. Stir-fry onions, ginger and garlic.

3. Add pork belly stuffing and stir fry.

4. Stir well before adding the diced mushrooms.

5. Continue to add assorted diced vegetables.

6. Then pour in the drained glutinous rice and stir well.
