Ingredients: fresh bone, wax gourd, onion and ginger, salt, cooking wine.
Production method:
1. Soak the bone in a spoonful of salt for 10 minute, then bleed, peel and slice the wax gourd.
2. Put three pieces of ginger and a spoonful of cooking wine into the barrel bone and blanch 10 minute. Remove the floating foam and clean it.
