Yes Laoye Mountain, also known as Shipan Mountain, is located 7.5 kilometers west of Fenyang City, with an altitude of 1.066 meters. It is backed by Luliang Mountain, overlooking Xiaofen Plain and facing Wenfeng Pagoda in the southeast of Fenyang City. Named after the earliest Guan Laoye Temple.
