Tools/materials: millet 100g, medlar 20g, lean meat 70g, ginger, soy sauce 1 spoon, cooking wine 1 spoon.
0 1 millet bubble 1 hour or so, Lycium barbarum is ready.
Chop lean meat into minced meat, add appropriate amount of salt, ginger paste, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cooking wine and marinate for a few minutes.
Put the millet into the pot, add water, the ratio of water to rice is 4- 1, and simmer for about 40 minutes.
Open the lid and put the wolfberry in.
Add minced meat and stir well, then cook for about 5 minutes.
Then add 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil and stir well. Turn off the fire.
A very delicious stomach porridge is ready.
