Tomato and shrimp method

Ingredients: fresh shrimp, sugar, cooking wine, ginger, tomato sauce and soy sauce.

Cut off the fresh shrimp. Cut off the shrimp back with a gun and remove the shrimp line.

Treat all the fresh shrimps in turn, and shred the ginger for later use.

Put the pot on the fire, add two teaspoons of cooking oil, add the washed shrimp and fry.

When frying, press the shrimp head with a hand shovel to squeeze out the red oil in the shrimp head.

Use the remaining oil of fried shrimps in the pan, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

After frying shredded ginger, add two teaspoons of tomato sauce and one teaspoon of sugar.
