Winter melon and lotus leaf soup
Ingredients: 500g wax gourd, fresh lotus leaf 1 piece, a little salt.
Exercise:
1. Peel wax gourd, remove pulp and cut into pieces; Wash fresh lotus leaves and shred them for later use.
2. Put the wax gourd and lotus leaf into the soup pot at the same time, pour in appropriate amount of water, cook with high fire first, and then with low fire for about 1 hour.
3. Adjust the taste with refined salt after cooking.
