Two potatoes

Braised potato shreds?
Potatoes are shredded and thick, and no knife is needed.
Rinse in water several times and then drain.
Put a little oil in the pan, add shredded potatoes, preferably a non-stick pan.
Stir-fry shredded potatoes over medium heat. Don't fry it many times. Stir them, so that each shredded potato becomes golden and hard, so that it is not easy to break.
Add a little cooking wine, soy sauce, cover and stew until cooked.
Add a little salt and chopped green onion and stir well.
