Ingredients: salad dressing, tomato, 1 egg, garlic, lemon, French mustard sauce, Italian salted fish, bacon, some long lettuce, garlic bread and shredded cheese.
Exercise:
Wash the lettuce, cut it into small pieces and put it in a salad bowl.
(Sauce method) Take an empty bowl and beat the eggs evenly. Add the salad dressing and stir well. Add a little minced garlic (which can improve flavor, remove fishy smell and sterilize) and mix well, then add French yellow mustard and mix well, add Italian salted fish (no other salted fish can replace it), add a little olive oil and lemon juice and mix well.
Add tomato, bacon, garlic crumbs and shredded Parmesan cheese to the beaten sauce, then pour it on lettuce and stir well (the crumbs can be heated in a pan or oven until the bread is golden and crisp).
