Materials:
Tofu 1, minced meat, bean paste, pepper, ginger, garlic, shallots, coriander, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. Cut the tofu into small pieces and blanch it with boiling water for later use;
2. Pour a little oil into the pot, add pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, then take it out, and add bean paste to the remaining oil and stir-fry until fragrant;
3. Add Jiang Mo and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant;
4. Add minced meat and stir-fry quickly until it is broken, and add cooking wine and light soy sauce to taste;
5. Pour in the cooked tofu pieces, stir the seasoning and tofu slowly and evenly with low fire, and add a little juice;
6. Sprinkle a little salt before serving, then sprinkle with shallots and parsley.
The Mapo tofu made in this way is delicate, spicy and delicious, which is very suitable for eating with rice.
