Ingredients: egg, thousand pieces (bean skin), spinach, bean sprouts, cucumber, carrot, konjac, minced garlic, millet spicy, sesame, coriander, Chili noodles, soy sauce, aged vinegar, oyster sauce and water.

Exercise:

1. First, mix a universal sauce: minced garlic, coriander, sesame, millet, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons aged vinegar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon Chili noodles and water, and mix well for later use.

2. Cut shredded carrots, bean sprouts, shredded konjac, bean skin strips and spinach and blanch them. Stir-fry the eggs and shred the cucumbers for later use.
