1. Wash and cut yuba into small pieces, wash and slice mushrooms, and wash and dice green peppers.
2. Heat the oil in a wok, add chopped green onion and ginger slices, add yuba, mushrooms and green peppers and stir-fry for several times.
3. Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate and a little fresh soup, stir-fry until soft and discolored, pour in sesame oil and start the pot.
