Orange cod fillets
Prepare ingredients:
Real cod 1 bag, orange, colored pepper, onion ginger, corn starch, egg.
Exercise:
1. Cut the orange in half and take half of the orange juice for later use. Cut the colored pepper into the size suitable for the baby.
2. Cod will thaw naturally. I use cod in small packages, one bag at a time, which is clean and hygienic. Cut the thawed cod into small pieces and marinate with shredded onion and ginger to remove the fishy smell.
3. Add a proper amount of orange juice and a spoonful of soy sauce to the fish pieces, mix well and marinate for taste. Then pick up shredded onion and ginger, wrap the fish pieces with a layer of starch and a layer of egg liquid, and fry them in a pot for later use.
4. Use orange juice, soy sauce and water starch as sauce.
5. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the colored pepper and stir fry, add the sauce, add the cod pieces after boiling, and stir well.
