Ingredients: 500g loofah, 200g ham sausage, 2g shrimp skin, egg 1 piece.
Steps:
1. Peel the loofah and cut it into hob blocks, then wash and drain for later use.
2. Slice the ham sausage and beat the eggs into the bowl.
3. After the pot is hot, pour a little oil, and put the loofah pieces in and stir fry.
4. When the loofah is fried soft, add two bowls of water to boil. After boiling, add shrimp skin and egg liquid (note that the eggs should be poured down along a circle of the pot, so as to make beautiful egg blossoms. )
5. Finally, add ham sausage and a little salt, and this loofah soup is finished.
