3. Steam in a steamer 1 hour.

(3) Steamed ribs with cucumber powder
Preparation materials: 250g ribs, a bag of rice noodles, a spoonful of white gourd, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar 1/3, a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce, half a spoonful of sesame oil, a proper amount of onion and ginger, and 4 pieces of star anise.
Practice: 1, chop the ribs into small pieces, add seasoning and marinate for 2 hours.
2. Put the marinated ribs into the rice flour one by one and put them into the wax gourd.
3. Boil the steamer and steam the melon for one hour.
(4) Red meat of golden melon
Preparation materials: cucumber, pork belly, lettuce, coriander, onion, ginger, garlic, soup stock, salt, sugar, June fresh soy sauce, red wine, chicken essence, fragrant leaves and aniseed.
Practice: 1, cut the melon into sawtooth shape at the top of 1/3 with a small flower knife, then open the pulp and clean it to make a melon cup for later use;
2. Pork belly is evenly diced, lettuce is washed and diced, coriander is cut into sections for later use, onion is cut into sections, garlic is minced, and ginger is mashed;
3, a little olive oil in the pot, 60% hot stir-fried ginger, stir-fried pork belly, add sugar, soy sauce and red wine to stir-fry;
4. Put the pork belly into the broth, add the onion, fragrant leaves, aniseed and salt, cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes;
5. When the soup in the pot is reduced, the juice, ginger slices, aniseed, onion segments, fragrant leaves and so on are collected by fire. Take it out and put it into a spare pumpkin cup with diced lettuce and minced garlic;
6, change the steamer, put the melon cup on the drawer and steam for 10 minutes. After the pot is taken out, garnish a little parsley on the dish, and serve.
