Steps:
1. Slice beef tenderloin, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of sesame, one spoonful of chili powder, one spoonful of cumin powder, one spoonful of starch, one spoonful of pepper powder, one spoonful of pepper powder and one spoonful of oil, put on disposable gloves, and fully grasp and marinate for flavor.
