Preparation materials: Tricholoma 100g, pork 100g, sesame oil 4ml, soy sauce 5ml, salt 3g, cooking wine 5ml, white pepper 4g, soy sauce 8ml, onion ginger 4g, medlar 10g, and sugar 5g.

4. Fill the minced meat with Tricholoma, as shown below:
5. All Tricholoma mushrooms are stuffed with meat and steamed in a steamer, as shown below:
6. Pour the soup of steamed mushrooms into the pot and add soy sauce, as shown in the following figure:
7. Add sugar and salt, as shown below:
8. Add Lycium barbarum, as shown in the following figure:
9. Pour in water starch and cook the juice, as shown below:
