How to make crispy fried chicken?
Prepare the chicken wings, chicken wings or pipa legs you want. I only have four frozen chicken wings here.

Mix flour and starch evenly, and then prepare a bowl of water.
Wrap a layer of powder, soak it in clear water for 3 seconds, then wrap it with a layer of powder and pat it evenly, so that scales can be easily produced, not too thick.
Add oil to the pot and heat it. As soon as chopsticks are put in, many small bubbles will pop up, and then chicken wings will be put in.
