Code: posm's Liu Laogen is a modern country comedy directed by Zhao Benshan and Xie Xiaomei, produced by CCTV and China TV Drama Production Center, and starring Zhao Benshan, Fan Wei, Gao Xiumin and Jing Li.

The play premiered in the prime time of CCTV comprehensive channel on March 6, 2002. Liu Laogen consists of four books, namely Liu Laogen, Liu Laogen 2, Liu Laogen 3 and Liu Laogen 4. The play mainly tells the story of a respected old branch secretary who lived in the city for a long time after being pushed down by his son, returned to his hometown to engage in tourism and catering industry, and used folk art to attract audiences on the street. At the age of 50, he realized his long-cherished wish to make the villagers rich.
