Oranges (2), grapefruit (1), sliced onions (3), cherry tomatoes (200g), chopped peppers (one), chopped parsley (2 tablespoons), mint (2 tablespoons) and arugula (2 cups).

Lime juice (4 tablespoons), grated lemon peel (3 tablespoons), tequila (2 tablespoons), olive oil (3 tablespoons), freshly ground pepper (appropriate amount) and sea salt (appropriate amount).
1. Peel oranges and grapefruit and cut them into sticky pieces.
2. Put the processed oranges, grapefruit, onions and tomatoes, peppers, coriander and arugula into a large salad bowl.
3. Mix lime juice, ground lemon peel, tequila, olive oil, sea salt and freshly ground pepper in a plate to make seasoning.
4. Pour the dressing on the salad. Stir gently.
