Composition:
6-8 Pleurotus eryngii, hand ground with black pepper and corn oil.
Exercise:
1. Pleurotus eryngii slices are about 0.5 cm thick.
2. Heat the baking tray and add corn oil.
3. Bake Pleurotus eryngii flat for 5 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 5 minutes.
4. Bake until the mushrooms are completely soft and sprinkle with black pepper.
