Wuzi refers to five kinds of Chinese medicines: Cuscuta chinensis, Schisandra chinensis, Lycium barbarum, Ruby and Plantaginis. Wuzi Yanzong Pill originated from Li Qian's Introduction to Medicine in Ming Dynasty. At the same time, it also recorded the doctor Wang Kentang's Standard of Syndrome and Treatment.
