Exercise:
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. When Daoxiao Noodles is cooked, use cold water for standby.
3. Dice mustard tuber. (It is best to choose pickled mustard tuber core. My family only has big mustard tuber, so I peel it and cut it into pieces. )
4. Peel the tomatoes and dice them.
5. Break up the eggs, stir fry them into pieces, pour in the eggs after the oil is hot, spread them out quickly with chopsticks, and remove them for later use.
6. In a pot with scrambled eggs, pour shredded mustard, add salt and a little soy sauce and stir fry.
7. Add diced tomatoes, add sugar to taste, and stir-fry until it becomes muddy.
8. Add scrambled eggs.
9. Add a little water starch.
Tips:
1. Peel tomatoes and scald them with boiling water, which may cause minor burns. Take it out and rinse it with cold water, which makes it easy to peel.
2. Cooked noodles need not be cold water, just a little cooler in summer.
