Qingyang City, Gansu Province, Nutrition Breakfast is a national pilot or a local pilot?
Qingyang City, Gansu Province, the national nutrition breakfast pilot. From the fall semester of 20 1 1, the pilot work of nutrition improvement plan for compulsory education students in rural areas (excluding county towns, the same below) was carried out in concentrated contiguous areas with special difficulties. The specific scope of contiguous destitute areas is determined according to the Outline of Rural Poverty Alleviation and Development in China (20 1 1-2020) and related documents. The pilot content includes: the central government provides nutritional and dietary subsidies to rural compulsory education students in the pilot areas, with the standard of 3 yuan per student per day (calculated by the students' school time of 200 days in a year), and all the funds required are borne by the central government. Pilot areas and schools should actively explore nutrition recipes, raw material supply, feeding methods, food safety and supervision system, and accumulate experience for steadily promoting the nutrition improvement plan for rural compulsory education students. The pilot work is coordinated by the provincial people's government, and the municipal and county people's governments organize and implement it. All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall determine pilot counties (cities) and sub-counties (cities) to formulate pilot work plans, and report them to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance for the record before implementation.
