Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Add milk, vanilla extract, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and then stir 15 seconds to mix.

Open the lid, add the cheese pieces and close the lid for 2 minutes.

Pour the batter in the blender into the pie dish (it will form its own shell).

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees Celsius) for 40-45 minutes until the center of the cake is cooked.

Remove from the oven and cool completely.

Stir sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract together.

Pour it on the cooled cake.
