How to stir-fry mutton with onions
1.
Wash and slice the mutton leg meat

Cut the ginger into shreds

Use cooking wine and light soy sauce , coarse cumin, cumin powder, salt and sugar and marinate for 20 minutes

Cut the onion into shreds

Marinated mutton

Heat the oil in the pot and add the mutton until it changes color
